Thoughts from the T-Shirt Lady

This is me, after my hair was gone. Actually my hair started falling out, right before the 2nd treatment and I had my husband give me a buzz cut!

I made this denim shirt and wore it every time I went to the oncologist office. The fabric used is a beautiful design called So Many Ladies. It’s designed by Loralie Harris. I even made earrings to match.

I’m thinking about adding it as a special design on my website, so that friends and relatives of women going through cancer, can give them a gift of support. What do you think?

This is one of the bonnet’s I got from Scarves by Margaret, a dear friend who creates scarves and turbans and lots of other neat items. She really helped me stay in style!

The other day, I added a new product line to my website Sandi’s T’s.

Fabric gift bags. A great way to save a tree and help the environment.

Well today, I started working early, and have added additional products for all to see. I have added a line of Crystal and Seed Bead Jewelry including tennis bracelets.

I have added 2 new children’s tee shirt designs to my website and they are too cute!

One is an embroidery design for a soccer player. It can be either a boy or a girl, the first one I have done is for the little girl of a friend of mine.

Another new design will bring back memories of the 1960’s and ‘Flower Power’!

I sent a tee shirt to my grandson over in England - with this design, but I haven’t received a picture yet! Will post that when it gets here…

Check out our new line of Novelty Earrings. I found the cutest nylon buttons that I can use to make both pierced and clip earrings. They include Teddy Bears, Strawberries, Ladybugs and Patriotic Stars. We will be adding more as they become available!

I’ve added a new denim shirt to the mix. Actually I went to the Thanksgiving luncheon given where I used to work and one of my friends and I were chatting about new designs. I told her that I wanted to make a fall denim shirt and a Christmas denim shirt - but hadn’t started on either of them.

Well I took those thoughts to heart and came up with one for fall - the photo below is a full shot, and I’ve included some close ups as well. It’s been added to my product line - you can see it at Fall Leaves Custom Denim Shirt

Now for the Christmas denim shirt. Well, I got it done and have worn it to the Christmas luncheon at the office where I used to work. Got rave reviews but haven’t had the chance to add it to our website yet. Still trying to get pictures taken. Of course my dh has asked me why I didn’t create both of those shirts in September - so customer could buy and use them before the holidays. Well - what can I say - they will be ready for next year.

News flash! I have decided to become an authorized Heritage Lace dealer. I love the lace and have Heritage Lace curtains in all of my rooms. This is so exciting - my website will be advertised on the main Heritage Lace website, so hopefully, I’ll get good exposure. I have been working diligently on the new pages for my website - will have them done over Christmas. Then I get in touch with the main company, they review my pages, and I’ll put them in production.
